Terms and conditions of the artinspiro.pl online shop
Effective from 03.10.2026
1. General provisions
1.1. These terms and conditions set out the rules for using the online shop available at artinspiro.pl (the “Shop” or “Website”).
1.2. The owner of the Shop and the Seller is: Justprint – Marek Nadolny, ul. Bartosza Głowackiego 10, 41-100 Siemianowice Śląskie, Poland, NIP (tax ID): 6342389872, REGON: 276988977 (the “Seller”).
1.3. Contact with the Seller: email biuro@artinspiro.pl, phone +48 796 333 876.
1.4. Orders in the Shop may be placed by natural persons, legal persons and organisational units without legal personality from the territory of the Republic of Poland, providing true data necessary to fulfil the order (the “Customer”).
1.5. Placing an order in the Shop does not require creating a user account.
1.6. The controller of the personal data provided by the Customer is the Seller. The detailed rules for processing personal data are described in a separate Privacy policy.
1.7. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the offer, the price list and these terms. Changes to the terms do not apply to orders placed before they come into force.
2. Products and orders
2.1. The products presented in the Shop are divided into: (a) ready-made products with fixed catalogue sizes and prices, and (b) products made to an individual size and/or with a pattern, colour or own graphic chosen by the Customer.
2.2. The Customer chooses the product, its size and (where applicable) the pattern or colour, adds it to the cart and then submits the order to the Seller together with the data necessary to fulfil it (contact details, delivery address or information about personal pickup).
2.3. Until online payments are fully launched, orders may also be confirmed and finalised by phone or email — the Seller contacts the Customer to confirm the details, price and lead time.
2.4. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms and of the stated price and parameters of the ordered product.
2.5. For products made from a graphic sent by the Customer or according to an indicated pattern, the Seller may present a design preview for the Customer's approval before production starts. The lead time is then counted from the approval of the final version of the design.
2.6. The Shop reserves the right to refuse to fulfil an order if the graphic materials sent by the Customer violate the law or the rights of third parties.
2.7. For each order the Seller issues a sales document — a VAT invoice issued in the Customer's name. If the Customer is a company, the invoice is issued to that company, provided that a NIP (tax ID) is given when placing the order.
3. Prices and payments
3.1. Product prices in the Shop are gross prices in Polish zloty (PLN) and do not include the delivery cost, which is shown separately before the order is placed.
3.2. The order can be paid:
a) via the PayNow online payment system — by payment cards (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard Electronic, Maestro), BLIK, instant online transfers and PayPo deferred payment (“buy now, pay later”, on the terms described in section 3.7). Online payments are handled by mElements S.A.;
b) by traditional bank transfer to the Seller's bank account indicated in the order confirmation.
3.3. For orders of products made to an individual size with a value of at least PLN 1,000, the Seller may offer the Customer payment by a deposit of approx. 30% of the order value, payable before production starts. The remaining part of the price is payable before shipment or handover of the finished product. The details of such payment (deposit amount, deadline for the remaining amount) are confirmed to the Customer in the order summary each time.
3.4. The lead time of an order paid in advance (in full or as the deposit referred to in section 3.3) is counted from the moment the payment is booked or positively authorised — regardless of the chosen payment method.
3.5. The Seller is not liable for delays resulting from the malfunction of an external payment system.
3.6. If a refund is needed for an order paid by payment card, the refund is made to the account linked to the same card the Customer paid with.
3.7. PayPo deferred payment is provided by PayPo sp. z o.o. Only a Customer who meets all of the following may use PayPo deferred payment:
a) is of legal age;
b) is a consumer within the meaning of Art. 5(1) of the Polish Consumer Credit Act of 12 May 2011;
c) has a PESEL number and a place of residence in the Republic of Poland;
d) is able to repay obligations towards PayPo;
e) has received a positive creditworthiness assessment carried out by PayPo.
The decision to grant deferred payment is made solely by PayPo. Deferred payment is not available for company purchases (with a VAT invoice to a NIP).
4. Fulfilment and delivery
4.1. Products in the Shop are made to the Customer's individual order (size, pattern or colour). The Seller makes every effort to keep the lead time within 2 weeks; however, due to the individual specification of each order, this time may change.
4.2. The lead time may also change for reasons beyond the Seller's control (e.g. public holidays, payment delays, technical failures, delays on the courier's side) — the Seller informs the Customer of significant changes.
4.3. The Customer can check the order status at any time on a dedicated order page at zamowienia.artinspiro.pl/ together with the individual identifier assigned to the order — a link to this page is sent to the Customer in the order confirmation.
4.4. The ordered goods are delivered by a courier company, collected in person at the Seller's premises after arranging a date, or — optionally and by individual arrangement — installed at the Customer's premises as an additionally paid installation service.
4.5. The Seller is not liable for delays and damage to shipments caused by the carrier; complaints about the shipment itself (e.g. visible damage) should be reported immediately, preferably in the presence of the courier, and the Seller should be informed.
5. Right of withdrawal
5.1. A Customer who is a consumer generally has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014.
5.2. The right of withdrawal referred to in section 5.1 does not apply to products made to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalised — in accordance with Art. 38(3) of the Consumer Rights Act. This applies in particular to:
a) glass panels made to an individually specified size (including patterned panels and solid-colour Lacolam panels),
b) glass stair risers and lamellas made to the size of individual steps/elements, with a chosen pattern or colour,
c) mirrors, glass shelves and socket covers made to an individual size or colour-matched at the Customer's request,
d) glass pictures made from a photo sent by the Customer or another individually chosen graphic,
and any other product made on the basis of a size, pattern, colour or graphic material individually specified by the Customer.
5.3. Exception: the right of withdrawal referred to in section 5.1 applies in full to the purchase of clear protective panels sold in fixed, ready-made catalogue sizes (without choosing a pattern, colour or individual size) — this product is not made to the Customer's specifications and is a ready-made product within the meaning of consumer rights legislation.
5.4. The exclusion of the right of withdrawal described in section 5.2 does not in any way affect the Customer's rights under the statutory warranty for defects — see section 6 below.
6. Complaints and statutory warranty
6.1. The Seller is liable to a Customer who is a consumer for the conformity of the goods with the contract on the terms set out in the Polish Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act (statutory warranty). This right applies regardless of whether the product is subject to the exclusion of the right of withdrawal described in section 5.2.
6.2. A complaint can be submitted by email to biuro@artinspiro.pl or in writing to the Seller's registered address, describing the defect found and the expected way of resolving it (preferably with photographs attached).
6.3. The Seller considers complaints within 14 days of receiving them.
6.4. Slight colour differences resulting from the specifics of printing on glass, from differences between the calibration of the Customer's screen and the actual print colour, or differences invisible to the naked eye from a normal viewing distance do not constitute grounds for a complaint.
7. Graphic materials and intellectual property
7.1. A Customer sending their own graphic or photo is fully responsible for holding the rights to use it and for any infringement of third-party rights, including copyright.
7.2. Some patterns in the Shop's gallery come from stock photo libraries — the price includes a licence to use the chosen graphic within the ordered product.
7.3. All content of the Shop (texts, photos, trademarks, source code) is the property of the Seller or is used under appropriate licences and is protected by copyright. Copying and distributing this content without the Seller's consent is prohibited.
7.4. If the Shop provides a tool for generating patterns using artificial intelligence, the Seller reserves the right to use graphics generated with this tool in the Shop's pattern gallery, including making them available as ready-made patterns to other Customers.
8. Seller's liability
8.1. The Seller is not liable for delays or non-performance of obligations resulting from circumstances for which it is not responsible (force majeure, failures of external suppliers, interruptions in utilities or internet access).
8.2. The Seller is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete data (including sizes) provided by the Customer when placing the order.
9. Final provisions
9.1. Matters not regulated by these terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
9.2. A Customer who is a consumer may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, including via the EU ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
9.3. Any disputes not resolved amicably will be settled by the competent court in accordance with applicable law.
